Shannon's deep understanding of these traditions comes from her extensive studies. She has practiced under Q'ero Shamans while studying in Peru, gaining firsthand knowledge of these sacred rituals. Additionally, she has been guided by her revered teacher, Debra Willowfire Woman, who herself studied under Alberto Villoldo of the Four Winds Society.
