1. Retreat Details

Provider agrees to organize and conduct a spiritual retreat ("Retreat") under the following details:

2. Participation Fee

Participant agrees to pay the following fees for participation in the Retreat:

• Total Fee (total fee including deposit):

• Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit listed below, is required to secure Participant's reservation in the Retreat. This deposit is due before or upon signing this Agreement and is considered to already have been paid. Nonrefundable Deposit:

• Payment Schedule: Participant shall pay monthly installments of the amount reflected below until the total amount due is paid.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• Non-Attendance: In the event Participant fails to attend the Retreat for any reason, 60% of payments made by Participant will be transferable by Provider to a future retreat.

• Refund Policy: Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all payments made by Participant are nonrefundable.

4. Participant Responsibilities:

• Abide by the rules and guidelines set forth by Provider during the Retreat.

• Assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries incurred during the Retreat.

• Notify Provider of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions that may affect participation in the Retreat.

5. Provider Responsibilities:

• Provide Participant with the necessary information and materials related to the Retreat.

• Facilitate the Retreat in a professional and responsible manner.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of Participant to the best of Provider's ability.

6. Miscellaneous:

• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida in the United States of America.

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

• Amendments: Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.

In witness whereof, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.

By typing or signing their name below, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Provider: The Chacana Spiritual Center

Submission of this complete document, constitutes acceptance of and agreement to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, binding the Provider thereto.

• Note: it can take up to 6 weeks to obtain a passport. To expedite it, the could could be upwards of $600 and the time can be 2-3 weeks. Additionally, if you are in Florida, you can contact the Miami Passport Agency to acquire details concerning increased passport speed, but this could result in needing to travel to Miami.

• Additional Note: for some retreats we may need your passport up to 90 days in advance to purchase site tickets. Those tickets are not transferable and without your passport you could risk missing a site visit. This is most common with Machu Picchu in Peru but this could apply to any international retreat.
